My nursing background is in cardiology.听 Prior to joining USF in the Fall of 2019 as the clinical coordinator, I worked in a very busy cardiology office in various aspects.听 I started out in medical records and then became a physician’s receptionist before becoming a nurse.听 I have interacted with patients at many different levels, but I feel I made my biggest impact in their lives while working in the cardiac device clinical.听 Working with the electrophysiologists learning how to program pacemakers and defibrillators was a great experience, and once that I am extremely grateful for.
I am married, and my husband and I do not have any children.听 We enjoy traveling, four wheeling, building race cars, and drag racing.
